Updates to the offer journey
We've improved the offer journey by adding a new text box, allowing employers to add more detail about the pay of an advertised role. We now show the pay scheme and band for the job on the following pages:
- offer templates
- check the details of the offer page
- what's the applicant asked you to do with the conditional offer?
- view the conditional job offer
- check the details of your conditional job offer page
New download offer letter link
We've added a new link to the email page called ‘Download the offer letter’. Employers can download the offer letter before sending it to the applicant.
Increased interview response time
We've increased the interview response time from 24 to 48 hours. We tell employers that applicants need to respond to their interview invite by midday, 2 days before the first interview.
In the email inviting applicants to interview, we tell them they need to choose an interview date by midday on a specific date. The date is calculated as 2 days before the first interview.
Add additional terms to the contract
We've added new functionality to the 'Check the details of the contract' page. Employers can now add additional terms of employment from this page. Any other additional principles that were previously added will also show on this page.
Improvements to the contract journey
We've added a new text box to the 'What is the pay?' page in the contract journey. Employers can use the text box to add additional details about the pay.
