Improvements to help you manage your offers

We have made improvements to offer management in the 'Ready to offer' stage of the dashboard for employers, to help employers more easily manage and reject applicants in that stage. These changes included:

• The ability to reject an applicant in the 'Ready to offer' tab. This allows employers to reject applicants who may have been selected for offer in error or are no longer eligible to be offered the job for another reason.
• A new action button on the applicant page to allow employers to more easily start an offer, directly from that page.
• Improvements to the layout of the action buttons on the applicant page for applicants in the 'Ready to reject' tab.
• More consistent status labels for applicants in the 'Ready to reject' tab. Applicants previously shown as 'Interview complete' or 'Alternative slot requested' will now be labelled as 'Ready to reject'.
