Main duties of the job

Main duties and responsibilities

  • Development, Implementation, Monitoring and Management of Supplier relationships and performance against agreed Key preformation indicators
  • Developing a partnership approach
  • Responsible for Managing and set up of Procurement Documents and process within the E-tendering system.
  • Expertise within specialism underpinned by theory and practical experience.
  • Ongoing responsive Engagement with Internal Stakeholders
  • Market development
  • Ensure legal timelines are met.
  • Complete compliant Tender Documentation
  • Lead and support development and implementation of Supplier relationship Management
  • Coordinates and delivers a cost-effective compliant contracts to achieve financial targets
  • Advises users/budget holders on procurement policies and procedures
  • Supplier engagement with unfamiliar processes
  • Ongoing Contract Management and monitoring Support to buyer organisation
