Job summary

We are hoping to recruit to our team an enthusiastic motivated person who is keen to work to a high professional standard providing excellent patient care, whilst maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

Main duties of the job

- Answering telephone calls from patients - Booking GP / Nurse appointments, dealing with patient queries and liaising with outside agencies such as district nurses and hospital colleagues

- Reception Duties - Checking patients in for appointments, booking follow up appointments and dealing with patient queries.

- Administrative tasks

Experience preferred although relevant experience in an allied or customer service role desirable.
