Main duties of the job

As a Domestic Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the residents' rooms and all communal areas. You will be adaptable, approachable, and prioritize resident care, actively promoting continuous improvement of standards. This approach will help ensure a clean and healthy environment where residents feel valued, respected, and retain their individuality and dignity. You will continuously assess the domestic needs of all residents and adhere to all policies and procedures to deliver the highest standards of care.

You will continually assess the domestic needs of all residents.
