Main duties of the job
As an Activities Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and implementing a diverse range of activities that cater to the interests, abilities, and cultural backgrounds of the residents. You will work collaboratively with the Home Manager and the wider community team to create a supportive, caring, and inclusive environment where residents can thrive. Your role will involve organizing both individual and group activities, encouraging participation from residents, relatives, and friends, and accompanying residents on offsite outings when possible. You will also be involved in innovative fundraising initiatives to support the residents' activities.
