Job summary

Main duties of the job

The Home Manager will be responsible for leading a team and ensuring the delivery of a caring and empathetic service. They will need to possess strong leadership and management qualities, as well as a dynamic and flexible approach to the role. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of a Level 5 NVQ in Leadership and Management, along with experience working in the healthcare sector at the home management level.
