Main duties of the job
As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the home, collaborating closely with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams. This diverse role will involve all aspects of nursing and residential care, including communication, budgetary and financial controls, and human resources. You will be expected to act in the best interests of residents, promote engaging initiatives, and provide guidance and coaching to colleagues.
