Job summary
Akari Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager to join their award-winning care home in Stockton-on-Tees. The role involves ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the home, with a focus on delivering personalized care to the elderly residents. The Deputy Manager will work closely with the Home Manager and multi-disciplinary teams to maintain high standards of nursing and residential care, while also managing budgets, HR, and staff development.
