Akari Care is seeking a passionate and experienced Deputy Manager who is committed to providing personalized, high-quality care for the elderly residents in their award-winning care homes. Main duties of the job
As the Deputy Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of the care home, working closely with the Home Manager and multidisciplinary teams. Your duties will include overseeing all aspects of nursing and residential care, effective communication, financial controls, and human resource management. You will demonstrate a flexible and adaptable leadership style, providing guidance and support to your colleagues to maintain the highest standards of care.
