Job summary

Main duties of the job

The post holder will be a member of the Clinical Management Team; working predominantly at QMC, and operationally with the NEMS Management Team and directly managed staff.

The core purpose of this post is to provide clinical, professional and managerial leadership to the clinical workforce across designated services (i) Out Of Hours/Clinical Assessment Service; (ii) Urgent Treatment Centres; (iii) PC24.

The post holder will be a professional clinical delivery manager, providing a strong clinical presence, role-modelling advanced clinical practice, developing clinical practice within NEMS services, assuring the provision of a safe, effective and evidence based clinical practice to patients.
