Main duties of the job
This role involves leading Digital Transformation, acting as a digital champion for NEMS, and to line manage the Data Analyst
and Database Manager and the Digital administrator.

Primary care provision located within the A&E Department at QMC, (3) A
24-hour walk-in urgent primary care service adjacent to Kings Mill Hospital
A&E, Mansfield.

Job responsibilities
-
To manage and lead the Digital
Transformation programme of work, to include digital strategy design,
development and implementation on behalf of NEMS Community Benefit Services
Limited (NEMS), ensuring that associated work strands are delivered within their
agreed time and budget.

Act as the Information Asset Owner,
responsible for the appointment and coordination of Information Asset
Administrators activity, relevant Information Governance policies and
procedures, the handling of security incidents and ownership of the information
asset register.

Responsible for NEMS digital change
management activities for the design, implementation and adoption of digital
systems.

Build relationships and facilitate
collaboration with digital partners and the wider system to ensure alignment of
strategies across NEMS and the Nottingham and Nottinghamshire Integrated Care
system (ICS).

Instrumental in delivering on digital
infrastructure and will also act as digital subject matter expert in support of
the NEMS Executive.

Develop and maintain a deep
understanding of NEMSs digital infrastructure and business intelligence tools.

Act as digital champion for NEMS,
ensuring processes are transformed and a culture of digital improvement and
change is embedded throughout the organisation.

Direct line management responsibility
of the NEMS DataAnalyst and Database Manager and the Digital
administrator who have responsibility for the delivery of specific programmes
