Job summary
This is an exciting opportunity to join a small and dynamic team where you can shape and directly impact our communications to make our offers visible to the Primary and Community Care workforce.
As a highly organised individual with the ability to manage multiple tasks, you must be able to work in a fast-moving environment, communicate effectively with the team, and be used to working to tight deadlines. This role spans all aspects of communications and engagement with opportunities to take on responsibility for a variety of important communication campaigns as part of your development.

Main duties of the job
- Digital communications develop and maintain our social media channels, newsletter, website, and our Grow Notts Primary Care App to promote our offers
- Design and creative support creation of publication designs and branding for our communications platforms using Adobe software
- Communications campaign planning help to plan activities and coordinate campaigns to raise awareness and understanding of our offers
- Content writing work with team members to simplify technical and complex information and write copy on our offers that is tailored to different audiences and channels
- Internal communications keep team members informed of task progress in a timely manner, respond to all internal queries and encourage staff to submit content requests
- Event public relations create social media hashtags for events, take and share photos and videos, build community interactions, and do sound bite interviews with delegates
- External communications networks build close relationships with communications teams across our partner organisations and share each others content
- Brand and reputation increase the visibility of NATH across Primary and Community Care, and seek opportunities for local, regional, and national award recognition
- Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI) promote and maintain understanding of EDI, complete equality impact assessments on communications, champion digital accessibility
