To administer our Clinical Nutrition and IV Therapy products to patients within their own homes, we have a dedicated and highly skilled team of over 200 field based Nurses across 6 Directorates.

Reporting to the Head of Nursing, you will be leading and managing a clinical directorate to ensure delivery of a commercially focused, efficient and safe service to our patients. Facilitating effective service delivery, to be recognised as the leading provider in order to drive forward the business growth strategy.
You will have a Nursing background and possess the strong leadership skills, commercial acumen and the clear patient focus that we need.
This position will be home based with regular travel across your Directorate, in addition to attending monthly national meetings and events held at head office in Cheshire and acompany car/car allowance is provided.

Maintaining a consistently high standard nursing service that meets the needs of the business, customers and patients
Delivering a sustainable nursing service achieving annual budget and visit rate ambition with an effective capacity plan and good quality management reporting
Ensuring compliance with all recognised and relevant standards internally and externally to ensure patient safety and compliance with CQC
Leading national projects that progress effective change and continuous service improvement
