Were looking for an individual with previous recruitment experience gained through working within a corporate people focused environment. This position will present the opportunity to work alongside and reporting into our HR & Recruitment Manager with opportunities to build strong working relationships with the wider Leadership Team within DMC, helping to influence our recruitment strategy and owning and improving entire processes.
Main duties of the job
We have an amazing opportunity for a Recruitment Lead with a Recruitment and Talent Acquisition focus to join the DMC Healthcare team.
Your primary role will be to provide operational recruitment support to the business, to ensure an excellent, professional, timely and commercially focussed recruitment service is provided to managers and new employees.
You will be involved in developing a progressive recruitment agenda which is aligned to our values, business plans and development of our employer branding while ensuring that all of DMCs recruitment policies and processes are as streamlined as possible.
This position will be involved in all aspects of Recruitment and Compliance including developing and repositioning DMC Healthcare as an employer of choice.

Being the first point of contact when it comes to recruitment at DMC for Radiology and the wider recruitment team working alongside and closely with our Recruitment Lead
Overseeing the full end to end recruitment to onboarding HR process for Radiology
Assist with onboarding within HR dept
Building a thorough talent pool to improve time to hire against new projects and opportunities
Pro-actively promote the brand and culture to attract high calibre candidates
Owning DMCs recruitment branding and social activity and recruitment advertising for Radiology
To drive adoption and use the ATS and NHS jobs while keeping it up to date at all times
Determine current and future resourcing requirements in order to streamline recruitment and reduce dependency on locum agencies
Support the interviewing and selection process
Using data to drive behaviour
Reporting progress internally and flagging any potential issues that may come up
Supporting the recruitment team with the creation of job adverts.
To hold regular recruitment meetings with respective managers to update on progress of job adverts and onboarding of successful candidates.
