Job summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesperson to join our team at DMC Healthcare. As a Senior Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling DMC Healthcare's comprehensive range of services, with a focus on Radiology Reporting or Dermatology & Endoscopy Services to the National Health Service (NHS), Hospitals & Trusts, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and/or Private Healthcare suppliers across the United Kingdom.

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a strategic mindset, exceptional sales skills, and a deep understanding of the healthcare sector.

Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Salesperson to join our team at DMC Healthcare. As a Senior Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling DMC Healthcare's comprehensive range of services, with a focus on Radiology Reporting or Dermatology & Endoscopy Services to the National Health Service (NHS), Hospitals & Trusts, Integrated Care Boards (ICBs) and/or Private Healthcare suppliers across the United Kingdom.

Develop and implement sales strategies: Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to promote DMC Healthcare's services (Radiology Reporting or Dermatology & Endoscopy Services) into the NHS, Hospitals & Trusts, ICBs and/or Private Healthcare suppliers. Identify potential sales opportunities, establish target accounts, and develop relationships with key decision-makers.

Build and maintain relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and key stakeholders within the NHS, Hospitals & Trusts, ICBs and/or Private Healthcare suppliers. Act as a trusted advisor, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their requirements.

Generate new business: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within the healthcare sector. Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to identify potential clients, establish initial contact, and convert leads into sales.

Conduct sales presentations and negotiations: Deliver compelling sales presentations, demonstrations, and proposals to prospective clients. Effectively communicate the value proposition of DMC Healthcare's services, addressing client concerns and objections. Lead negotiations and contract discussions to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.

Collaborate with internal teams: Work closely with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and finance, to ensure seamless coordination and execution of sales strategies. Provide feedback on market trends, competitor activities, and client feedback to help shape DMC Healthcare's offerings and improve overall sales performance.

Achieve sales targets: Meet or exceed sales targets and revenue goals set by the company. Monitor sales performance, track key metrics, and provide regular reports to the management team, highlighting progress, challenges, and recommendations for improvement.

  • Proven track record of success in selling either Radiology Reporting or Dermatology and Endoscopy services, preferably within the NHS, Hospitals & Trusts and/or to ICBs and/or private healthcare providers.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport, negotiate effectively, and influence key stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies, resulting in revenue growth and market expansion.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities, analyse market trends, and adapt strategies accordingly.
