Job summary
This role is responsible for providing clinical support to the Consultants and Medical Staff of DHC.
The successful applicant would cover a wide variety of clinic specialities, gaining experience in many areas. They will also hold nurse led clinics, such as conducting Spirometry, FeNO, taking blood pressures, applying holter cardiac monitoring devices and height and weight measurements.
Our regular hours of work could be between 07:45 and 21:45 Monday to Friday and Saturday 08:00-18:00. Saturday shifts are shared within the nursing team. The nursing team consists of 12 people, with a mixture of registered nurses and healthcare assistants.
We hold clinics across 4 locations and ability to drive and to have your own means of transportation would be highly beneficial.
Main duties of the job
The ideal applicant will have excellent attention to detail, computer literacy, ability to maintain confidentiality, confidence to speak up when acting as a chaperone, ability to communicate with a diverse range of people, ability to remain calm under pressure. Have a can do attitude and be an effective team worker.
