- £11,500 per session, per annum
- 6 to 8 clinical sessions available, with opportunities for job sharing.
- Minimal Home Visits: Keep your focus on patient care without the stress of frequent home visits. Our ACP and home visiting team take care of many of these, keeping GP home visits minimal.
- Professional Growth: Develop your clinical interests with full support from our team, regular clinical meetings, and dedicated training days.
- Developing the Surgery: Were looking for someone who wants to help shape the future of the surgery. We've undergone a lot of changes and challenges in recent years, and were working hard to reshape how we can better meet the needs of our patients.
- Work alongside our great team, including an ACP Paramedic, Clinical Pharmacist, ANPs, First Contact Practitioner (FCP), and Nursing & HCA teams.
- A clinical lead GP providing guidance and leadership.
- Recently migrated to the SystmOne clinical system to enhance efficiency and collaboration with community services.
- Planning to move to purpose-built premises in 2 years, designed to improve our patient and staff experience.
- Soon implementing a total triage model with a focus on high-quality care, continuity, and inclusivity.
- Were committed to using digital tools to improve care delivery and efficiency.
- Regular quality and safety meetings with other SPC practices to share best practices and learning, fostering continuous improvement.
- Group safeguarding lead to provide expert guidance on safeguarding concerns.
