(both Nurse and Paramedic) to join our team to deliver high-quality clinical
teaching and specialist sessions on an ad hoc basis. This is an exciting moment

To deliver high-quality clinical teaching and specialist sessions on an ad hoc basis.
The Bank Clinical Tutor is used to cover short-term staffing gaps, support peak learner numbers, and provide subject matter expertise to enhance the learner experience.
The role focuses on teaching delivery and learner engagement. It does not normally include ownership of a learner caseload, formal assessment decisions, or ongoing progress management.
Main Duties
- Deliver planned teaching sessions (classroom, remote, or blended) in line with Medipro lesson plans and learning outcomes.
- Provide specialist input to support programme quality, for example trauma, ECG interpretation, medicines management, or simulation-based learning.
- Prepare appropriately for sessions, including reviewing materials, equipment checks, and ensuring the learning environment is safe and inclusive.
- Maintain accurate session records as required, for example registers, learner engagement notes, and session evaluations.
- Provide brief feedback to the programme lead on learner needs, gaps in understanding, and any safeguarding or welfare concerns identified during delivery.
- Comply with Medipro policies, including safeguarding, Prevent, data protection, health and safety, and professional boundaries.
- Maintain professional registration (where applicable) and current occupational competence through ongoing CPD.
- Support internal quality activity when requested, for example standardisation meetings, resource reviews, or observation of teaching.

- Educated to degree level

- Teaching Qualification (Cert Ed, P.G.C.E, or equivalent)
- CPD that represents the service user requirements
- Good working knowledge of apprenticeships including Ofsted Inspection Framework and Awarding Organisation assessment principles and standards.
- Good awareness and understanding of local/national prevent and safeguarding processes to support learners
- Keep abreast of local and national clinical practice changes to help contribute to
- the improvement and review of the qualifications we deliver
- Good working knowledge of quality assurance standards and frameworks adopted by the company
Desirable
- Level 3 CAVA qualification or willing to work towards
- ALS/ITLS/PHPLS/MIMMS instructor
- IQA qualification

- HCPC or NMC registered with at least 5 years post registration practice with current occupational competence
- Experience working in FE/HE/Apprenticeships
