Job summary

gtd healthcare is one of the largest NHS commissioned Primary and Urgent care providers in North West England. Based in Denton, Manchester, we have a an excellent opportunity for a IT Support Officer to join ourInformation and Digital Delivery Team.

This exciting post provides specialist information management and technology support and professional information services to drive gtd healthcares service delivery model. The teams fundamental structure consists of two core functions, Digital Technical Support and Business Intelligence Development.

As a IT Support Officer, you will support the organisations business, information management and technology and communications network and systems applications on-site and remotely.

Main duties of the job

  • Have a high degree of ownership in all matters within the IT infrastructure but not limited to.
  • Have experience in deployment and ability to work with 3rd party vendors.
  • Have a new and curious mind-set, always looking for changes to improve the status quo no matter how good it may be.
  • A curious mind-set that always question what we can do better.
  • A true team player that is happy to share knowledge and work together as a team to always innovate and improve how we work.
  • Analytical skills with attention to details.
