Job summary

  • General administrative support to Greenwich Training Hub to help manage and deliver commissioned health services, including minute-taking, preparation of agendas and PA support to the Programme Lead, Clinical Lead and Lead Nurses.

Main duties of the job

Support of training events , booking venues, liaising with providers and contributors, delegate booking system, coordination on the day for online or live events, webinars or Protected Learning Time; PLT, nurse forums /Support new initiatives and roles from HEE, the roll out of this information and collation of any data for each new role /Liaise with in house web designer to ensure the Training Hub website is kept up to date with live booking links and contemporary training offers /Create and manage the live links on eventbright and coordinate and keep records of attendees and costs incurred, for KPI reporting /Work with the team to coordinate and distribute weekly comms for training and wellness to the general practice workforce.

Contribution to and submission of appropriate returns and reports as delegated by Programme Lead and management to relevant bodies.

Greenwich Training Hub Greenwich Training Hub Greenwich Training Hub

The role of the Training Hub is to support training and mentoring of the workforce in primary care, and to support the development and adoption of new roles within primary care. The post holder will be required to support the work of the Training Hub Programme Lead, the Clinical Lead and Lead Nurses in the commissioning of services from external providers, Higher Education institutions, as well as taking a role in supporting the local primary and community care workforce.

Job Summary

  • Provide a professional and courteous point of access to Greenwich Training Hub for stakeholders, and the primary care workforce.
  • Contribute to and circulate regular monthly communications to relevant stakeholders from Greenwich Training Hub, ensuring that Greenwich Training Hub maintains up to date circulation lists for all relevant stakeholders
  • Support the coordination and delivery fellowships and apprenticeships and new role creation for the workforce across Greenwich Training Hub and SEL.

Provide general administrative support to Greenwich Training Hub to help manage and deliver commissioned health services, including minute-taking, preparation of agendas and PA support to the Programme Lead, Clinical Lead and Lead Nurses.

Assist in the coordination of all internal and external meetings for Greenwich Training Hub Programme Lead, Clinical Lead and Lead nurses.

  • Provide support to create and design marketing and communications as required for the Training Hub courses, events and newsletters.

Support and assist in the regular requirements for KPI data collation from the Programme Lead and internal team, this will involve using Excel and inputting and managing data.

Support the data management needs of the different contracts and work streams through data gathering and collection.

Coordinate Training Hub Lead Meetings with the Steering Group, SEL colleagues, the ICS and HEE as required. Take minutes and input into discussion as required.

Engage and support in the ongoing communications with PCNs to assist provision for the wider workforce.

Seek opportunities to raise the profile of the Training Hub. Create opportunities to engage with the local population, such as careers fairs, external events and support the team in attending these.

Principal duties and responsibilities
