Welcome to FCMS!

We are looking for an Administrator to support our Quality and Risk team.

Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday typically 09:00 17:00 (hours to be agreed)

Pay: £11.44 per hour

Main duties of the job

As FCMS Quality & Risk Admin support, you will be an integral part of the Quality and Risk team to help support compliance and quality whilst also enhancing and strengthening our approach to governance frameworks and policies to ensure the organisation is well prepared to meet external regulatory inspection requirements and to ensure we do what is best for our patients.

You will also work alongside our Chief Operating Officer and help support them with admin tasks such as minute taking and diary management.

Handling incoming calls and emails

Compliance checks for clinicians

Be a designated first aider and fire marshal and perform these duties as required and in line with training (training will be provided)

Arranging meetings with colleagues both internal and external to the organisation, producing agendas, minute taking, creating, and maintaining spreadsheets, and data bases.

Undertake any other ad-hoc general duties as required.
