Job summary

Fosse ADPRAC work with a number of Emergency Departments, Primary Care Centers and Urgent Care Centres across the country supplying ENP, ECP, ACPs and ANPs on a national basis to support the delivery of the unscheduled and urgent care.

We're looking for experienced staff to work with us covering a variety of shift duties available from; home visiting, seeing and treating patients in Emergency Departments, UCC or Ambulatory Care Settings. Our clinical reputation is unrivalled affording us a great number of exclusive contracts with Trusts giving us a number of set shift patterns as well as ad hoc work.

Main duties of the job

Main responsibilities:

  • Will be responsible for the autonomous clinical assessment, treatment and/or referral or giving advice as appropriate to first contact patients across a wide spectrum of clinical conditions within the services provided by our client through direct contact consultations.
  • Providing a quality service, excellence in clinical practice and continuous professional development are integral to the role and the development of the service
  • To utilise advanced clinical skills to assess, diagnose, treat and refer patients within your scope of practice.

Skills required

  • Registered with either NMC (nurse), HCPC (Paramedic)
  • Preferably a independent non - medical prescriber (V300)
  • Level 7 Assessment of Clinical Examination skills
  • Level 7 in Minor illness and/or injury
  • Will need completed MSc and portfolio of evidence for consideration of ACP work.
