Job summary
Come on board with the largest IAPT provider in the East Midlands and help to provide life-enhancing, meaningful support to clients across Nottinghamshire and Derbyshire! We have a long history in psychological therapies here at Trent PTS and were one of the very first IAPT services in the East Midlands. We are now the largest IAPT provider in the region and support a broad client base right across Nottingham, Derbyshire and Chesterfield!
Main duties of the job
As a qualified CBT Therapist, you will be at the forefront of the important work we do, delivering exceptional, evidence-based interventions to clients at Step 3. You will apply your clinical expertise to assess and support clients through their treatment plan, working in partnership colleagues at Steps 2 and 3, external support services and our specialist Employment Advice team.
At all times, you will be supported by a dedicated clinical leadership team, experienced administration teams and safeguarding specialists, to provide an effective, high-quality experience for your clients. You will have the opportunity to engage in extensive CPD to enhance your skills and support your accreditation going forward.
About us
As a pioneering service, we are always looking for new ways to improve the accessibility of mental health support in our communities. We are big on community outreach, digital innovation and establishing pathways and partnerships to support the individuals and communities we serve.
You will also have the opportunity to engage in unique projects aligned with your area of interest. From blogging and social media to frontline NHS staff support, our teams are applying their skills, knowledge and passion to projects outside of the therapy room and you can do exactly the same!
We are an equal opportunities employer and positively encourage applications from suitably qualified and eligible candidates, regardless of sex, race, disability, age, religion/belief or marital status.
As a Disability Confident Employer, we encourage you to share any accessibility requirements you may have with us, so that we can support you fully.
