We are delighted to be supporting several of our Senior Psychological Wellbeing Practitioners to pursue their CBT training this year - we know they're going to be fantastic!
This creates a great opportunity for us to welcome some new Senior PWPs to join our Step 2 teams across Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and Chesterfield!
Main duties of the job
As one of our new Senior PWPs, you will join a vibrant, welcoming community of practitioners and support staff, who are committed to promoting the high-quality interventions offered at Step 2.
You will have proven experience of delivering assessments and PWP interventions, with clients of all ages and from a range of cultural backgrounds. You will share our passion for promoting meaningful and effective therapeutic experiences for clients at Step
2 and will have the clinical leadership skills to offer case management and clinical
skills supervision, to PWPs at all stages of their career.

- Post registered experience as a qualified PWP, delivering a wide range of evidence based low intensity interventions for anxiety and depression
- Experience of conducting mental health and risk assessments
- Good understanding of the Cognitive Behavioural Therapy Model
- Experience of collating and recording clinical outcomes
- Evidence of receiving regular clinical supervision in relation to Low Intensity interventions
- Knowledge and understanding of the IAPT agenda
Desirable
- Experience of delivering group based clinical interventions
- Experience of delivering training sessions
- Experience of working within multi disciplinary and multi cultural settings.
Qualifications

- Computer literate
- Full driving licence
