Are you highly organised and have excellent communication skills? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Resource Coordinator on a full time, permanent basis.
As a Resource Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating staff rotas to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. You will work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure that the right staff are in the right place at the right time.
About the role
As a Resource Coordinator working as part of a close-knit team, you will be responsible for coordinating staff rotas to ensure the smooth delivery of our services. You will work closely with our clinical and operational teams to ensure that the right staff are in the right place at the right time.
Day to day, your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
- Supporting the administration of staff rotas for both clinical and non-clinical staff groups, ensuring all shifts are filled with adequate personnel
- Responding to staffing requests and managing staff availability
- Sourcing appropriate cover during holiday and sickness periods, highlighting rota gaps where necessary as well as proposing appropriate countermeasures
- Reporting on rota performance to senior members of staff
- Acting as a central point of contact for staff for all rota enquiries
- Ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures
- Providing wider administrative support to the team
Please note that this role is a hybrid role that does requires a minimum of 3 days per week office based working.
About you
You will be an experienced administrator confident in undertaking coordination duties in a fast paced environment. With a keen eye for detail, you will be highly efficient and organised, working with high levels of accuracy and follow through. The post holder will also be able to demonstrate proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office and other associated software packages.
Effective communication with colleagues at all levels will also be critical to success within this role. You will also be required to regularly make outbound calls to staff and deal with inbound queries.
