IntraHealth is currently recruiting anAMS Nurse (Prescriber) or AMS Pharmacist (Prescriber)to work in our Anticoagulant Monitoring Service clinics and to carry out home visits within our contract area of Bury:
who are enthusiastic and committed to working with patients;

who have been qualified for at least 3 years.
Main duties of the job
You will work autonomously, but also as part of the wider
team. No previous anticoagulant
experience is needed as comprehensive training and mentorship is provided. There may also be opportunities to develop
portfolio working as our range of local services grows.
Our aim is to provide an excellent standard of clinical
services in a primary care setting, whilst supporting personal and professional
development, along with a competitive level of income. You must have a full
driving license, car insurance with business use specified and be willing and
able to travel around the areas detailed above.

IntraHealth is one of the UKs leading provider of NHS Primary and Community Care services. We serve a range of patients across our three divisions of Primary Care (general practice), Pharmacy and Clinical Services which includes anticoagulation monitoring, patient medication reviews and childhood immunisation programmes.
We also provide management and clinical support to other GP practices and NHS bodies. We are a well-established organisation having provided NHS services since the company was founded in 1999. Our team is made up of GPs, Advanced Nurse Practitioners (ANPs), Nurses, Pharmacists, Pharmacy Technicians, Health Care Assistants (HCAs) and local administration teams supported by a centralised back office function; providing finance, HR, administration and data analysis support.
