support our expanding Minor Surgery, delivered in partnership with NHS Trusts
across the UK.

This is a flexible, community-based role

Job responsibilities
- Provide expert diagnosis and
treatment for a range of hand and wrist conditions in community-based settings.
- Perform a wide range of hand
surgeries and injections, including but not limited to, carpal tunnel release,
trigger finger.
- Work autonomously with support
from our clinical governance and operational teams.
- Document all clinical care
accurately using Emis and adhere to HealthHarmonies clinical protocols.
- Liaise with NHS partners and
GPs as needed to ensure continuity of care and appropriate referrals.
- Conduct comprehensive patient
assessments, diagnosis, and treatment planning.
- Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to optimise patient care.
- Provide pre-operative and post-operative care
and patient education.
- Contribute to clinical
governance activities including audits, peer reviews, and incident reporting.
- Support ongoing service
development and innovation in community surgery delivery.

- Certificate in Hand Surgery BSSH/EBSQ
