Job summary
As a Healthcare Assistant at HealthHarmonie, you will be responsible for collecting stock and equipment for the clinic, setting up examination rooms for clinicians, and acting as a chaperone during patient consultations and procedures.
Main duties of the job
You will take on administrative duties, ensuring all reports are completed with outcomes and providing support related to administrative tasks.
Please note our service operates seven days a week and you will be required to work 5 out of 7 days. Shift patterns generally fall between 07:00 - 19:00.
This role is primarily based in Reading and you will be covering clinics in the surrounding Reading area. You will be required to cover clinics across the UK as and when needed by the business.

Your support will ensure the smooth functioning of the clinic and contribute to providing a compassionate and efficient healthcare experience for our patients.
What we offer:
- Full time, permanent contract
- 40 Hours per week
- Starting salary: £24,500
- Opportunity to increase salary up to £26,000 when trained in and signed off in additional disciplines (Ophthalmology, Dermatology, Gynaecology etc.)
- Eligible for quarterly bonus of £250
- Mileage paid at 45p per mile
