Job summary
The Consultant Gynaecologist will be experienced
registered Gynaecologist who is on the specialist register, who possess the skills
to assess and treat patients within the community.
Main duties of the job
The Consultant Gynaecologist will see a range of patients within the outpatient setting, in which they will need to assess, evaluate and manage patients with minor and moderate complexity gynaecology conditions. The successful post holder may also need to complete clinics that include:
- Mirena insertion / removal
- Endometrial biopsy
- Cervical Cautery (with silver nitrate)
- Ring/Shelf Pessary insertion/removal

Warwickshire, Stoke on Trent

and wider organisation.

patients, relatives and carers, managers, peers and other professional
