Job summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to join our People Team as a Senior Coordinator on a 12-month maternity cover basis. This temporary role is crucial for managing our HR systems, ensuring data integrity, overseeing reporting, and maintaining compliance with HR policies and SOPs. The Senior Coordinator will also supervise one People Team administrator, ensuring continuity and smooth operations during the maternity leave period.
Main duties of the job
HR Systems / Platforms Management
- Administer / maintain HR systems & platforms, ensuring they function effectively & meet organisational requirements
- Monitor & address system issues, coordinating with IT & external vendors
Data Management & Reporting
- Ensure accuracy & integrity of HR data, producing regular/ad-hoc reports
- Analyse HR data to provide actionable insights & support decision-making
Administration
- Ensure up to date employee records are held confidentially & accurately
- Work closely with the team to complete set monthly administrative tasks
File & Folder Structure Management
- Maintain & manage structure & organisation of HR files/folders, adhering to data protection standards
- Ensure efficient file management protocols for easy document retrieval & secure storage
Policy & SOP Management
- Oversee/review/update process for People policies & SOPs, ensuring adherence to review dates
Teamwork
- Supervision of People Team Administrator
- Oversee workload distribution, ensuring tasks are completed accurately & within deadlines
- Liaise with Business Partners & other colleagues to ensure that information is processed accurately
- Administering & assisting employees with the company's benefits
- Project work as required
Compliance & Audit Support
- Assist in preparing audits related to HR systems, data, & policies
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements & best practices in HR data management
