Job summary
The Integrated Access Partnership (IAP), is a collaborative initiative between BrisDoc Healthcare Services (BrisDoc), Avon and Wiltshire Mental Health Partnership Foundation Trust (AWP), and South Western Ambulance Service NHS Foundation Trust (SWASFT), is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual for the role of Integrated Access Partnership, Relationships and Service Development Manager.
This is a full-time, fixed-term position for 12 months, employed by BrisDoc Healthcare Services Ltd and based at BrisDoc's head office in south Bristol. As the IAP service is 24/7, some evening and weekend work will be required.

Main duties of the job
The Integrated Access Partnership, Relationships and Service Development Manager will play a critical role in transforming urgent and emergency care services for individuals experiencing mental health crises. By leading the development and enhancement of the integrated service model, this position aims to ensure that people in mental health crisis receive timely and appropriate care through both 999 and 111 services. This involves working with a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with a diverse group of stakeholders, including healthcare providers, emergency services, and voluntary organisations, to create a seamless and effective care pathway.
In addition to overseeing service development, the manager will focus on fostering strong partnerships and relationships among all participating organisations. This role requires effective communication and coordination to align the objectives of various partners and facilitate smooth operational integration.
By driving innovation and continuous improvement, the Integrated Access Partnership, Relationships and Service Development Manager will contribute to the overall goal of delivering high-quality, responsive care that meets the complex needs of individuals in mental health crisis.

- Foster and maintain effective working relationships with key stakeholders including BrisDoc, AWP, SWASFT, Avon and Somerset Police, Avon Fire and Rescue, and voluntary sector organisations.
- Act as the primary liaison between partner organisations to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of objectives.
- Facilitate regular meetings, workshops, and communication channels to strengthen partnerships and resolve any operational issue
Service Development and Enhancement:
- Working with Service leads support the ongoing development and improvement of the integrated urgent and emergency care front door service for mental health crises.
- Identify opportunities for service enhancement based on feedback, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational teams to implement service innovations and improvements
Project Management:

- Manage the delivery of projects related to service development, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Monitor project progress, evaluate outcomes, and adjust strategies as necessary to achieve objectives.

- Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements governing urgent and emergency care services.

- Training and Development:
- Coordinate training sessions and workshops for staff across partner organisations to enhance their understanding of the integrated access partnership model.
