Job summary

To support the Hospitals cross-sectional imaging and general radiography service ensuring a high standard of service is provided to patients, consultants and visitors to the hospital.

Deliver a comprehensive cross-sectional service that works alongside other areas and forms part of an overall 5-star patient experience.

  • To comply with all company policies and procedures to include Health & Safety, Fire, COSHH and manual handling.
  • To act professionally within the standard and framework provided by the HCPC and Society and College of Radiographers Code of Professional Conduct.
  • To work flexibly within the Imaging department as business required.

Experience

  • Experience of cross-sectional imaging.

Desirable

  • Experience of mandatory inspection processes and associated requirements is an important element of the role along with the ability to manage budgets effectively.

  • A recognised degree in radiography.
