Proactive workforce monitoring with self-help guidance and access to clinical interventions

On demand access to clinical support ranging from Mental health support through counselling and CBT, Physiotherapy and Doctor appointments.

Health-checks for annual review and advise on health support and promotion. We also offer a vast range on innovative choices to be proactive in ones health management, including cancer markers and genetic testing.

Occupational health support

The role

You will be delivering remote or face to face consultations for employees of corporate customers who have been identified by our platform as being at risk of a preventable or manageable long-term condition. Remote consultations are carried out either over the phone or via video call.

As well as delivering clinical care, there is the opportunity to co-create our online programmes, resources, and platforms as well as promote innovative healthcare options.

Person Specification

GMC registered on the performers list

6 to 12 months post CCT experience

Preferable to have some knowledge or experience in the private health sector

Experience working as part of an MDT

Current indemnity insurance up to the amount advised by your professional or regulatory body

Good IT skills

Willingness to participate in the audit and quality improvement regime

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

A patient-centric attitude
