Main duties of the job

The Programme Support Advisor (PSA) is responsible for providing a personalised service for our customers across a variety of programmes for One You Haringey at the Haringey GP Federation. Working across 3 days over 22.5 hours, (Monday, Thursday & Friday) you will play a vital role in helping individuals access the service to improve their overall health and well-being.

As the Programme Support you will be the first point of contact for residents of Haringey beginning their journey to improve their health and wellbeing.

Effectively managing incoming referrals and booking residents onto One You Haringey programmes, ensuring administration including any specific KPIs, quality standards and all data recorded, and captured in accordance with the programmes obligations.

Answer queries through inbound phone calls promptly.

Educate participants about the programme details, benefits, and expectations and offering very brief advice

Address participant inquiries, providing accurate and helpful information to ensure a clear understanding of the program and its requirements.

Guide participants through the registration and start process, including eligibility and assessment.

Meet and exceed key performance indicators (KPIs), as per targets.

Collaborating with team members, other healthcare professionals and community organizations to promote programme initiatives and resources.

Adhere to company policies, procedures, and data protection regulations, maintaining the highest level

Capturing all required customer and programme data and maintaining excellent database integrity, across multiple databases, always

Constant review and improvement of current operational systems and databases, feeding back ideas to your line manager, in the first instance.

Experience

Essential

  • Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience of using database systems to input data and track progress of customer/potential customers.
  • Experience of working effectively in a team within a customer service, office-based environment.
  • Demonstrable experience of delivering high quality customer service.

Qualifications

Essential

  • A minimum of 2 A-Levels or an equivalent Level 3 Diploma.
  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy Assessment at interview stage.
