Main duties of the job

The Programme Support Adviser (PSA) is responsible for providing a personalised service for our customers across a variety of programmes representing both One You Haringey (OYH) and Haringey GP Federation.

The PSA is responsible for the administration for a variety of lifestyle programmes within Haringey GP Federation as well as pro-actively contacting members for feedback and reasons for non-attendance.

The role will include:

As a crucial member of the team the PSA will be the first point of contact for residents of Haringey beginning their journey to improve their health and wellbeing.

Effectively managing incoming referrals and booking residents onto an appropriate service, ensuring administration including any specific KPIs, quality standards and all data recorded, is captured in accordance with the programmes obligations.

integrity, across multiple databases, at all times

Managing the administration of new programme sign ups, cancellations and transfers ensuring

accuracy at all times.

Updating daily records on call activity, outcomes and any other performance metrics as specified

by your line manager.

Manage outcome of calls to ensure appropriate follow up action is taken - e.g. call back, further

information required etc.

Constant review and improvement of current operational systems and databases, feeding back

ideas to your line manager, in the first instance.

Ensuring information is accurate on all calls, and updated immediately on the correct system.

Inputting data onto a database accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring data accuracy and

  • GCSE English Language at a minimum of a Grade B (or equivalent
  • Level 2 qualification). OR achievement of a Level 2 in Literacy
  • Assessment at interview stage.

Desirable

  • Experience of working in a call centre environment.
