The Performance Lead will play a key role in performance monitoring, analysis and reporting for Taurus Healthcare.

They will provide expertise and guidance to the organisation on the technical requirements of local performance oversight requirements, collation and interpretation of information in relation to performance and development of accurate and meaningful reporting for Taurus Healthcare.

The role is responsible for provision of performance management information, technical support, administration of performance returns and analytic expertise to support the performance agenda.

Main duties of the job

• Ensure that robust performance measures are in place to meet contract key performance indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements

• Assess the current performance reporting situation and then produce an action plan to improve how we support and provide analysis to increase effectiveness and efficiencies of the services

• Produce and submit month performance reports to the commissioners

• Produce high level activity data and KPI dashboard reports for monthly Quality Assurance Group meeting

• Monitor and evaluate Taurus service delivery outcomes, writing and running EMIS searches as required

• Play a key role at the Quality Assurance Group meetings, presenting a verbal analysis on the dashboard report and making recommendations

• Ensure robust systems are in place to support clinical and information Governance

• Support wider Health and Social Care System integrated work

• Introduce Statistical Process Control (SPC) graphs to replace/enhance current reports and analysis

JOB PURPOSE

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensure that robust performance measures are in place to meet contract key performance indicators (KPI’s) and Service Level Agreements

• Produce and submit monthly performance reports to the commissioners

• Ensure Operation’s leads have analysis and escalations in ample time prior to contract meetings

• Develop interactive daily/weekly Corporate Performance Dashboard

• Monitor and evaluate Taurus service delivery outcomes, writing and running EMIS searches as required

• Daily, weekly and monthly reporting as required

• Play a key role at the Quality Assurance Group meetings, presenting a verbal analysis on the dashboard report and making recommendations
