Job summary
YourHealth Pharmacy, ENH Pharma Ltd is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Procurement Lead Technician on a full time (40 hours per week), permanent basis to oversee the efficient purchasing and supply of pharmaceuticals across all company sites. The position will be based at the Lister Hospital, Stevenage however travel to other ENH Pharma Ltd sites may be required.
This role is central to ensuring robust stock control, financial governance, invoice reconciliation, and audit processes aligned with Company Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). The successful candidate will also provide leadership and operational support to ensure safe, efficient, and patient-focused pharmacy services.
Main duties of the job
About You
We are looking for a proactive and detail-orientated professional with strong experience in pharmacy procurement, stock management and financial governance.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience in pharmacy procurement and medicines supply management
- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical and stock control systems
- Experience working with procurement platforms such as CMU, Wellsky and Powergate
- Excellent analytical, negotiation and financial reconciliation skills
- Strong organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple sites and priorities
- A commitment to patient safety, efficiency and service quality
The postholder will report to the Superintendent Pharmacist and will work closely alongside the site Pharmacy Managers.
Whilst the role is based at Lister Hospital, Stevenage, travel to other Company sites may be required.
