Main duties of the job
Your Responsibilities
Clinical Leadership
- Deliver and expand NHS and private clinical services
- Lead specialized clinics aligned with your expertise and interests
- Maintain clinical governance and adherence to all regulations
- Build professional relationships with patients and healthcare professionals
Pharmacy Management
- Ensure smooth, efficient operations and high-quality patient service
- Implement and oversee Standard Operating Procedures
- Fulfill Responsible Pharmacist duties with clinical checking focus
- Manage stock control across prescription, OTC, and retail items
Team Development
- Organize, support, and assess staff training programs
- Delegate effectively to ACTs and support staff
- Foster a learning culture within the team
- Mentor staff in their professional growth
Business Growth
- Drive the business forward through service innovation
- Increase revenue through clinical service expansion
- Identify opportunities to enhance patient care and business performance
You may be required to undertake additional duties within your capabilities to meet business needs and GPhC requirements.
