Associate Dentist - Acorn Dental Centre Ilkley

This is a fantastic opportunity to take over a long-established private list with a large number of loyal plan patients that provide a high level of guaranteed remuneration.

This opportunity will be ideal for a motivated, ambitious individual who is passionate about patient care. Ideally, you will already have experience of working in a private practice.

Main duties of the job

This role is to work 5 days per week;

  • Monday - 08.50am - 06.50pm
  • Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday - 08.50am - 05.20pm

We are centrally located on The Grove in Ilkley. The centre is long established with a loyal patient base. We have seven surgeries, all fully computerised running R4 Clinical+ Software with digital x-rays. Recently refurbished the centre boasts a contemporary feel but has retained many of the buildings traditional features.

Oral health of registered patients

The examination, diagnosis and treatment of patients in accordance with practice oral health policy.

Patient Customer Care

Building rapport with team and patients to ensure the smooth running of operations. Giving patients adequate explanations of diagnoses and treatments and answering questions to their satisfaction. Providing appropriate after care so that the patient feels that they have received care throughout the whole process.

Patient Management

Attention paid to patient care and comfort in the surgery, but also in other areas of the practice when necessary. To be able to answer patient queries and to accommodate patients needs where appropriate. To help put patients at their ease. Provide patients with appropriate information to help them make informed decision about their dental care.
