Main duties of the job

What were looking for:

  • Someone who can be the organisations specialist in construction and facilities management. Youll be responsible for the overall management of our capital build portfolio within NHS Hospitals across the UK, including the provision of Wi-Fi. You bring a wide range of technical knowledge from a similar field, which should include health and safety and risk management, and contracting skills.
  • Someone with impeccable project management skills, you will lead the planning and development of all capital projects, including managing the budgets of new schemes, refurbishing existing spaces and maintaining the ones we already have within our portfolio.
  • Someone with incredible relationship management skills, collaborating closely with key internal stakeholders to manage our capital portfolio as well as with external stakeholders to ensure we can meet our strategic objectives.
