The Health Centre provides a high standard of health care and welfare support for all of our pupils, promoting an holistic approach to the physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing of our children and young people.
Main duties of the job
We are looking to recruit a highly motivated, forward thinking individual to fulfil the role of Health Centre School Nurse. The post holder will be required to work in partnership with pupils, parents, school personnel, school doctors, sport medics, counsellors, pastoral leads and other appropriate agencies to carry out Health Surveillance, health promotion and relevant public health initiatives. You will use research based practice to plan, deliver and evaluate care and treatment for pupils in the school and houses.
