As Faculty Review Coordinator, you will lead initiatives to enhance assessment and feedback across the School of Medicine's undergraduate and postgraduate programmes. Main duties of the job

In this role, you'll be at the heart of transforming how assessment and feedback are delivered across the School of Medicine's BSc and Postgraduate Taught programmes. You'll work closely with academic teams to map assessments, identify areas for improvement, and help reduce assessment load while maintaining academic standards. You'll lead data analysis, coordinate focus groups, and present your findings to senior stakeholders to shape meaningful change. From improving feedback quality to enhancing student experience, you'll be driving initiatives that make a real impact. You'll also stay ahead of sector trends, contribute to strategic planning, and support the delivery of key education projects across the College.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in engaging with senior stakeholders and facilitating collaborative discussions.
  • A proactive and organised approach to project management, with the ability to coordinate multiple activities and meet deadlines.
  • A good understanding of assessment and feedback practices in higher education, and a commitment to enhancing the student experience.
  • Confidence in using digital tools (e.g., Excel, data dashboards, virtual collaboration platforms) to support analysis and reporting.
