Job summary
The key duties of the post holder will be to contribute to the teaching, delivery, development, research and administrative support of undergraduate and taught postgraduate Physiotherapy programmes, and other related programmes; including the academic and personal support of students. You will have leadership responsibilities for the programme-team and, in addition, you will be expected to contribute to the student recruitment and admissions of the the Physiotherapy Programmes.
Main duties of the job
Professional body registration (e.g. HCPC, CSP) is an essential requirement for this role along with a first degree and preferably a teaching qualification. We are particularly interested in candidates with contemporary experience in Physiotherapy. A commitment to undertaking a PhD and membership of the Higher Education Academy is an essential requirement of the role.
The successful candidate should demonstrate a practical awareness of current developments in Physiotherapy Education and be able to facilitate the creation and maintenance of a range of links between courses and the Physiotherapy sector.

- A postgraduate Masters qualification in relevant subject area
- Appropriate governing body registration (e.g. HCPC, CSP)
- A relevant teaching qualification and fellowship status of the

- fellowship membership of the HEA within a specified time
