Job summary

Weare seeking an experienced, enthusiastic and highly motivated UK HCPC-registered Radiographer to join the progressive Diagnostic Radiography course in the Institute of Health and Social Care, School of Allied and Community Health. The successful candidates will be experienced radiographer, committed to providing a high-quality experience for students on a contemporary suite of pre, post-registration and CPPD programmes. Teaching experience is not essential as there will be the opportunity to undertake training.

Main duties of the job

We are looking to hear from candidates who have the following skills/experience:

  • Have a range of recent clinical experiences in General Diagnostic Radiography.
  • Hold relevant qualification(s), and HCPC registration as a diagnostic radiographer.
  • Have experience of supporting learners in a clinical and/or university setting
  • Have excellent communication skills and
  • Be passionate about radiography education and being a diagnostic radiographer.

(a) Prepare innovative educational materials to deliver high quality teaching as evidenced by strong module feedback and high student success on taught modules, as appropriate, in the subject area
