We are seeking a detail-oriented Project Support Worker with the ability to effectively plan, monitor projects, and support the project life cycle. The post holder will work to set timescales and regularly report on progress against projects.
The role will require working with the wider Greater Manchester Training Hub team (GMTH) to ensure project information is collected to assure our commissioners that programmes are being delivered on time and within budget and that all risks are highlighted and mitigated against appropriately.

To provide a comprehensive, coordinated, and professional project support service to the Greater Manchester Fellowship Programme and GP Ready Programmes.
The post holder will be required to work independently using initiative. In addition, the post hold holder will possess a high degree of competency in using a variety of communication methods. Accustomed to working with a wide range of staff, the post holder will be comfortable building relationships and engaging with learners and other GMTH colleagues in relation to the Fellowship and GP Ready Programme.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
· To support the programme leads and project manager in the delivery of assigned projects
· Support the project manager in all administration functions and processes
· To ensure the timely updating of all related project plans
· Support the timely documentation and escalation of risks
· Advise the Project Manager and Strategic Business Manager on adherence to the project schedule and advise of any potential blocks to programme delivery
· Support in the preparation, organisation, and distribution of all necessary project materials
· Attend and arrange relevant project meetings, take notes & action points and distribute to relevant stakeholders.
