administrator looking to join our well established team.
The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking a wide range of
administrative duties and general support to the Local Training Hub & wider
Greater Manchester Training Hub Team (GMTH).

About us
The Greater Manchester Training Hub aims to raise
the profile of general practice through engagement, education, experience and
expansion. GM Training Hub is a collaboration of four local training hubs,
providing support for general practice around workforce development and
retention.
This is an exciting
opportunity for an organised administrator to join the Greater Manchester Training Hub (GMTH) team to deliver on and
support our range of services offered across Greater Manchester.
You will be a highly motivated self-starter, with strong interpersonal skills and who enjoys working as part of a team. The role is part time, 30 hours per week and is based
in our Wigan Offices.

- Responsible for co-ordinating meetings, this may include booking
venues, sending out invites, setting agendas and accompany members of GMTH
to meetings as required to take minutes
- To recognise the need to, and be
responsible for, referring enquiries outside sphere of knowledge to the
correct team member.
- Responsible for checking and
updating the electronic database used across the GMTH.
- Act as a first point of contact for
student placements
- Responsible for the collection of
data and to provide accurate and timely information with regard to
meetings held and outcomes as required.
- Maintain an active database of placement
areas, co-ordinating the up dating of audit documentation and ensuring
reports are received in a timely fashion.
- To attend mandatory training as
required.
- Assist in the production of training
materials and training packs to support training programs

- Previous Secretarial skills, i.e. word processing, shorthand or audio typing.
