Englands General Practice Fellowship scheme is designed to support newly qualified
GPs, including those working less than full time, to transition and support
their training to an employed member of the primary care team.
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced
Project Coordinator/Administrator to join the Greater Manchester Training Hub
(GMTH) team to deliver and support our new and prestigious Fellowship
programme.
We are seeking a detail-oriented
project administrator who knows how to effectively work toward and meet tight
deadlines and plan for success.
You will be a highly motivated self-starter,
organised and experienced with strong interpersonal skills.
Main duties of the job
To provide a comprehensive, coordinated and professional project administrative
service to the Greater Manchester Training Hub.
Assist the programme lead in all administration
functions and processes
Monitor all moving parts of the project keeping
them synchronised and moving forward
Prepare, organize, and distribute all necessary
project materials
Attend all project meetings and take notes
Communicate pertinent information between
management and staff
Create project plans, creating a timeline and
setting benchmarks
Advise the programme lead and strategic business
manager on adherence to the project schedule and advise of any slip
Collaborate on project presentations
Analyse project data and produce progress
reports to be submitted to the programme lead and the GMTH Strategic Business
Manager
Foster positive and productive relationships
with Local Training Hubs, GPs, Primary Care Networks and Practices

- Trained and experienced at intermediate level in a range of software packages; Word, Excel, PowerPoint

- Prince 2 qualification or equivalent experience
