Main duties of the job
As Business Support Officer, the post holder will work as part of a dynamic team in delivering an effective communications and engagement strategy to support the Model Health System with theimplementation of the business objectives within the work programme.The post holder will provide high level administrative support for the advocacy and user support team. In particular the post holder will:
Provide high quality administrative support to the teamSupport with the monitoring and delivery of the teams engagement activities, including organising and hosting external webinarsProvide direct support for the Ambassador networkWork closely with analysts who work on the Model Health SystemCollaborate with teams across NHS England

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.
Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.
