As a CTR Administrator, you'll be at the heart of our operations, providing essential administrative and project support. Main duties of the job

1. Administrative Support:

Manage diaries, prioritize Care and Treatment reviews, and prepare agendas while taking minutes for meetings. Ensure prompt handling of urgent and confidential communications.

2. Project Coordination:

Support projects by gathering and presenting information. Assist in planning programme meetings and maintain databases relevant to work areas.

3. Stakeholder Liaison:

Be the first point of contact for stakeholders, handling complex, sensitive information. Liaise with Provider Collaboratives and other teams for effective coordination.

4. Information Management:

Maintain secure and accessible electronic filing systems, input and monitor data, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

5. Team Support:

Collaborate with team members for performance reporting, providing guidance on policies and procedures. Support South East case managers with administrative tasks, assist in data management for the Learning Disability and Autism Programme, and ensure accurate reporting of admissions, discharges, and programme goals.

6. Continuous Improvement:

Propose and implement enhancements to administrative systems and processes. Engage in personal and professional development, upholding NHS values and promoting equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace.

Colleagues with a contractual office base are expected to spend, on average, at least 40% of their time working in-person.

Staff recruited from outside the NHS will usually be appointed at the bottom of the pay band.

NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
